I spent seven years teaching at the Rhode Island School of Design, in both the undergraduate and pre-college programs.  With a colleague, Susan Becker, I re-wrote the curriculum for the pre-college Apparel Design program, developing a plan that was vital and engaging with an emphasis on differentiated instruction. The department grew to become the one of the most popular in the program, necessitating opening new sections to meet the demand.
